Sharing the Priyanka Chopra’s ‘Sona’ restaurant in New York had a grand opening on March 26, 2021. SONA is spectacular; a restaurant lit up with lighting, with modern minimalist interiors has plenty of space for movement. Let us walk through this grand and extravagant restaurant in NYC.
Interiors:-The brown and gold, long in shape the restaurant has wooden flooring with muted yellow sofas and black and white poufs arranged on the side and in the centre. The restaurant is dotted with shiny, eye-catching golden pillars that remind you of Indian palaces. The golden lamps and other golden detailing give a rustic feel. Front door has cobra brass handles. The walls are adorned with exclusive Indian artwork: classic photos of Indian cities, maharanis, and many more.
Inside View:-Done by Melissa Bowers, the art decor of SONA links the architectural skylines of Mumbai and New York, having lavish gold accents that are not at all flashy.The restaurant also offers a private dining space called Mimi’s.
Tabletop:-The green and white themed plateware has been shipped from England complemented by a golden lamp with custom floral print lampshades that serves as a centrepiece.
Kitchen:-The spic and span kitchen is equipped with all the modern facilities.
