Mannat, a six-storey-high bungalow with multiple bedrooms, living areas, a gymnasium, a library, and a personal auditorium has a unique and distinctive concept which blends the charm of the old with the comfort of the modern. The three colours that set the tone of the house are beige, brown and white with dark wooden flooring, plush carpets, luxurious leather pieces, Bold hues, statement pieces, the gilded Ravinder Reddy sculpture, a brick wall that displays modern art collection and a vintage safe which brings a rustic vibe to the space.
Awards stocked to the brim that are well placed within bookshelves, home theatre with 42 burgundy leather recliners, mahogany velvet walls, and an expansive movie collection. Mannat follows a dramatic aesthetic with a neoclassical columned façade, luxurious leather fitting, an Art Deco-style dressing table, Floor-to-ceiling glass windows.
